Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all major cities and towns within the country. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer than usual.
2. Shipping Time
Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available in select areas)
Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, location, and external factors like holidays or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Orders above AED 99 – Free standard shipping
- Orders below AED 99 – Shipping fee of AED 35 applies
Express shipping fees are shown at the time of checkout if the option is selected.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID to monitor your package through the courier’s website.
5. Delays & Exceptions
Ajak Medical is not responsible for delays due to:
Weather conditions
Strikes or national emergencies
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Return & Refund Policy
For safety and hygiene reasons, not all items are eligible for return. Please read the policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
The item is damaged, expired, or incorrect
You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Non-returnable items include:
Opened medicines or supplements
Perishable medical products
Personal hygiene items (e.g., masks, thermometers, etc.)
Prescription medications (unless damaged or wrong)
2. Return Process
Submit a return request with clear photos of the issue.
Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where available).
Once received and verified, we will process a refund or replacement within 7–10 business days.
3. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference and payment mode.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
